Take the Stairs


You hear it all the time, take the stairs instead of the lift. If you want to be ready for zombies, then you better listen this time.

Your cardio will be important in case of a zombie outbreak. You must be able to outrun in short bursts and/or sustain yourself over long distances. Stairs are you new best friend.

Just by walking up and down stairs for 10 minutes, you can burn as much as 100 calories. Running the stairs for an hour will burn as many as 1000 calories. These are the extremes, but ZRS can safely recommend adding stairs into a 30 minute workout to help you prepare for any zombie event.
